Summary: The Queen's Speech at the State Opening of Parliament on June 4, 2014 announced the following proposed Bills for the 2014-15 session: Pensions Tax Bill; Private Pensions Bill; Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Bill; National Insurance Contributions Bill; Infrastructure Bill; Childcare Payments Bill; Slavery Bill; Social Action, Responsibility and Heroism Bill; Armed Forces (Service Complaints and Financial Assistance) Bill; Serious Crime Bill; Recall of Members of Parliament Bill; Wales Bill; and a draft Governance of National Parks (England) and Broads Bill. Summary: These Regulations amend the Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2006 which transpose into UK law Directive 2004/38 on the right of citizens of the Union and their family members to move and reside freely within the territory of the Member States. The Regulations make a number of changes to the 2006 Regulations relating to the circumstances in which jobseekers and involuntarily unemployed workers are entitled to a right to reside in the UK.
